It is sometimes difficult to find jam in the grocery store that is low in sugar and I have never seen one with vegetables in it. Cooler weather starts the comfort food cravings and here is a nice healthy way to feed them.
Pair with your favorite mug muffin recipe, swirl into your favorite hot cereal recipe or spoon onto a square of dark chocolate, pair with keto cheese danish, many possibilities.
